All right so as you can see we’re at casa de campo today this billionaire’s playground uh there’s no fake it till you make it here this is you’ve made it uh yeah so why are we here we got some business to do we got some friends to meet

And we’re going to show you around now we’re somewhere special so tucked away up in the back by the amphitheater is this gorgeous little town i don’t know the words how don’t you just take a look look at this This is just completely laid back look at this beautiful stonework all i can hear is people saying hello in the background these buildings are absolutely gorgeous These things are older than pretty much the city that i was born in we all know i didn’t grow up so i’ll just say that i got older and you know the amount of feet that have stepped over this the history oh my goodness This is beautiful this is absolutely beautiful you know i always say this regardless of whether you’re a spiritual person or not when you come to places like this and yeah this one’s man-made but it’s still in tune with nature you got to kind of believe in a higher power when you see

I’ll walk through there right away to give you an idea of what’s going on They’re very nice like um i’m gonna be honest they’re quite nice um but i’ll just walk you around the compound here this is uh i don’t know what you call it sales office general party room good times to be had for sure Got a nice little pool i think we’re expecting Oh i’m not even sure there’s a group of about i think a dozen coming from france oh sorry preface this investors are coming because they’re obviously this one’s almost complete this development’s almost complete but they’re gonna see what’s being done here and obviously they might be interested

In being part of the next development hey building stuff is fun investing in stuff is fun doing things all over the planet with different groups is fun so yeah i think we got a dozen to 16 coming from france another 68 coming from italy uh what else yeah i think that’s it for

Big influx of interest in the dominican obviously so quite nice just just finishing up the lives of this beautiful moon It’s all real there’s no such thing as all this you know in north america we have a bunch of we always try and save money so we got fake stuff fake this fake vanilla with veneers and all that not here not here it’s an island there’s stone everywhere

A lot of this stuff is brought from you know portugal italy and it just it creates such a beautiful beautiful building you know and it’s not just like thin tile like that look at some of these these stepping stones are gigantic and they’re thick and they look great when you polish

These are beautiful absolutely beautiful now i’ll show you the units everything’s ranging here from a two bedroom two round kind of thing to a much larger three bedroom and three or four baths and they all got a pool in the back it’s a little dark back there so i’m not

Going to walk through each of the construction zones just for safe so i’m just giving you an idea of the stuff that is going on over here during the different developments and stuff like that these are these are beautiful and this area is just Yes So yeah this is what we’re doing here on this trip um part of our investments property is always a big one you might as well property where people want to be yeah enjoy the view and we’ll get back to the party shortly here but just wanted to show you what was going on

So there is eight in here and there’s three of these this is the one this is the one closest to completion and then there’s two more of these so i guess i think i said it was 26 before that’s a total of 24 three of these little complexes by eight units Bye
