Going to Palma de Mallorca we had decided we booked a Shore Excursion uh through Royal Caribbean to go to vidamosa um which was I looked it up and it’s a beautiful beautiful town uh Chopin went there uh to try to get healed from his tuberculosis and uh it was just it was a

Very pretty town it’s a lovely day and we a lovely day does that sound like a sarcastic one it was it was it had amazing views and we have YouTube short so you can take a look around it’s a short means it’s one minute or less you

Potentially be to skip valdemol silver vitamosa depending on how you want to pronounce it and then just spend your day in Palmdale Mallorca take a tour because we always do recommend tours so that you get context from the tour guides otherwise you don’t know what you’re looking at

Um I would recommend doing that and then maybe finish the the day with a nice meal um the one thing that I want to mention about Palma de Mallorca is um either take an Excursion through Royal Caribbean like I’ve already mentioned or take a taxi back to the port I remember the almost peer Runners that day well that was Palm a day yes that was Palma day oh yeah yeah it’s very first time in 20 25 cruises we’ve taken that we were that close we were that we’re always an hour hour and a half the

It’s very the the ship itself and that’s for almost really really far away from the actual town uh and the walk if you’re walking briskly is about a 45 minute walk if you’re going the right direction if you’re going the right direction which I was not going in the

Right direction I was looking at Google Maps it’s very confusing because it’s not going the right way she found those people okay well I can’t leave my wife in Palmer so I put Google Maps away and we get lost together because we should be going that way but whatever it turns out

We should be going that way you should have been going the other way um so if that’s not where it ends so we were looking we saw this you can see the ship and it looks like it’s on one side but the port it’s weird so it turns out

You have to go this way so go over and um so we walked for about 15 minutes before we realized we were not going in the right direction and by that point we were not going to make it back on this we left completely bailed on those

People she was following yeah because we were getting friendly but you know what I gotta go yeah so bye so we we did we missed we we ended up circling right back to where we came from where we started and then we jumped in again we

Realized we were not going to make it back it’s if it’s normally a 45 know what like and and then so we flagged a cab down and you would think a local would know where he’s going the cab driver got lost took us to the wrong Pier

Like a military type thing and we were scared and he even he was a little nervous he’s like trying to three-point turn and get that out the Garb is yelling at him eventually he got us there yeah with 12 minutes running through the pool but us a handful of the schmo’s that did

The same mistake yeah so please allow if you’re not so the great thing about Royal Caribbean shore excursions or any Cruise Line Shore Excursion is that if for some reason your entire short Excursion group is late getting back to the ship to hold four hours late they’ll

Still hold it they’ll still hold the ship that’s their guaranteed promise um if you’re on your own but if you’re on your own you’re one minute late and they’ve already pulled up the thing do what else see ya see you at the next Port um so it rarely happens to people who

Are diligent once in a while as you just heard 2025 cruises it happens to people who are diligent right does happen it happens but it’s very rare we the problem was that we had taken a Shore Excursion through Royal Caribbean so we didn’t see the port and where to enter it

Um in the morning because the bus just whisked us away and then it dropped us off in Palma de Mallorca for us to walk around and which you could have taken the bus back there are two options they said if you like to get off here get off

Here and check out the town we had a couple hours church and we’re like yeah let’s go check this place out or you could have taken you right back and gotten the ship early maybe Miss Palmer right make no sense but we didn’t know where we were going no because we were

Taking them bus so half about the town and half about our I know our little Adventure well it’s a learning experience so my uh again go to Pomade Mallorca don’t go to valdemosa Excursion with the tour guide through Royal Caribbean or um they have buses that took you to the the

Decades maybe just take a cab five or ten dollars don’t try to do it yourself I’m trying to do yourself very very challenging kind of what to do yeah okay well that’s Mama Mama bye guys Thank you
