Our kids went all out to make our trip to Mallorca, Spain unforgettable. It had been a while since we went on a family trip, so this vacation was extra special as we celebrated my milestone birthday together. They took charge of planning every detail, from where to eat to navigating our way around the island and making sure we visited all the places I wanted to see.

Andie made the perfect choice for our week-long stay in Mallorca by selecting Valldemossa as our base. Valldemossa is one of Mallorca’s most charming villages, with its cozy alleys, cobblestone streets and old stone houses. We always looked forward to returning to Valldemossa at the end of each day to enjoy its beauty, warm settings, and great restaurants.

Brandon, Andie, and Jasmine meticulously researched the best restaurants, ensuring we got a taste of authentic Mallorcan cuisine. Whether it was cozy tapas bars tucked away in narrow alleys or seaside cafes with stunning views, every meal was a delightful culinary adventure. We loved sharing our favorite dishes, stories, and laughter, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Exploring beautiful coves and beaches, and spending hours swimming and playing in the sun, was the highlight of our days.

Brandon drove us around the island, navigating the winding coastal roads and picturesque mountain passes with ease. His skillful driving, especially on narrow roads, made the trip stress-free, allowing us to relax and enjoy the scenic drive.

I’ll always be grateful to our incredible kids for treating me to such an amazing vacation and for their unwavering love and care every step of the way. Our trip to Mallorca will forever hold a special place in my heart, thanks to the unforgettable experiences we shared and the stronger bond we formed as a family.

Fun fact: Mallorca enjoys over 300 days of sunshine annually! With its captivating beaches and quaint historic towns brimming with culture, Mallorca is a haven for both thrill-seekers and those seeking tranquility. Don’t miss out on savoring the island’s delectable cuisine, from its fresh seafood to local delights like ensaimada pastries. Our trip led us to Sa Calobra, home to one of the world’s most spectacular roadways in the world. The winding Sa Calobra Road, also known as the Torrent de Pareis, treats visitors to exhilarating hairpin turns and jaw-dropping vistas.
