hey everybody welcome back this week we’re in Sevilla Spain the first thing I noticed when visiting seevilla is that the cafes are filled with people enjoying drinks and Tapas Tapas here in Sevilla have been taken to a whole new level of deliciousness we’re talking about some dishes that will blow your mind we’re diving into all of that in this week’s video wow so whether you’re planning a trip to Sevilla and want to know the hottest spots to eat or you’re just curious about the amazing Spanish cuisine here this is a must-watch get ready for a feast of flavors and a whole lot of Joy oh wow oh wow oh so today we’re here at La Brunilda they’re known as one of the best places for tapas so let’s go in and enjoy quick wave to my husband Who quick wave to my husband who records most of these shots with those glasses okay Salmorejo it’s a cold traditional soup here in Sevilla it’s got some breadcrumbs some cheese let’s give it a try it’s really red that’s really good has some garlic in it and it’s really good has some garlic in it some Crunchies here oh yeah it’s delicious oh I love the cheese on it like it’s cold tomato soup this is Squid on a bed of bread stuffing topped with fish eggs looks like it would be a lot of flavor it’s not it’s not it’s very mild so this is the duck confit and you would think that this is a sweet potato it’s not it’s carrot mash so let’s give it a try I’ve never had carrot mash what I’ve never had duck confit ooh it’s just like falling over wow the duck came right off the bone it’s so tender it reminds me of like Thanksgiving it’s like a very powerful strong dish it’s so little wow very comforting I love that carrot mash wow it all goes together so well delicious oh that’s just a little Tapas that’s just a little tapas Tonight we’re at Cañabota they’re known for their seafood and there’s actually two restaurants here there’s one on the corner here that has a Michelin star and we’re dining at the Michelin-recognized bar next store so it’s like their sister restaurant yeah so that the other one is Cañabota and this is La Barra de Cañabota when we arrived it was exactly what I expected from a Sevillian bar quaint and cozy with lots of energy opening in 2016 Cañabota has quickly become a favorite here in Sevilla so it’s important to make reservations even for the bar they boast their love for cooking in an open kitchen with nothing to hide providing not only amazing dishes but also entertainment for their guest marinated sardines and croquettes with fish, I’m going to do the croquette first really hot holy holy hot really good I like the spinach wow wow it’s really good you taste a lot more spinach than you do fish yeah this is kind of like a t with sardines you see that bottom I’m gonna I’m going to give it a try here it’s just a little bit more sour than what I like my fish so and I’m guessing that’s sardini yeah sardine yeah I mean it’s not like fresh because it’s everything that they put together with it is very good like it compliments so here’s our fish they suggest that you start with the fried and then you move on to the grilled and then you move on to the head so I’m going to do exactly that yeah it’s good there’s a saltiness to it very lightly fried and then it’s very flaky delicious fish wow so they top this off with like some oil and some garlic freaking delicious so good oh my God oh my goodness the fish just like melts in your mouth it’s like nothing else all right so how different could the head be right yeah I think I think this is a head this is of like the gills oh the gills okay side of the fish like the oh I can already see I think that’s a bone but it’s a little bit more of a fishier taste but it’s delicious yeah yeah this I would say is my favorite the grilled the garlic the butter the the oil that’s delicious I love it Tonight we’re at Vuela and we found this because we read like rave reviews there great reviews so we’re here for sharable Tapas I think they’re going to be a little bigger we’re going find out never been here before I can’t wait to try Vuela is your goto neighborhood topas bar offering a laidback atmosphere where you can unwind and share larger topis their carefully curated smaller menu ensures that each dish receives meticulous attention to detail guaranteeing an exceptional culinary experience babe you gotta try this this is really this is like the best martini espresso Oh yeah that’s so good this is the bacalao which is fried cod looks like there’s skin on it but it looks looks very lightly yeah like a fried tempura yeah more like tempora you’re right so I’m going to put it in the sauce here oh hot yes I’m lucky I get the first bite but I always burn my mouth this is delicious it’s light it’s crisp it’s fresh you know you when you go to Peru and you taste the fish in your Ceviche and you know it’s fresh I feel like that’s what I’m getting here I’m getting very fresh fish wow really good this is the octopus I’m super excited got octopus we’ve got mashed potatoes oh wow it’s grilled ever so lightly well usually what they do is like they cook it slowly first it’s grilled ever so lightly well usually what they do is like they cook it slowly first okay until it’s tender then they grill it real quick probably the most amazing uh octopus that I’ve ever tasted you it it’s it tastes so fresh it tastes like the sea it tastes like it just popped out of the ocean got grilled real quick and it was now on my plate like it wow there’s no like weird flavoring it just tastes perfect wow I think this is the dish that if someone said to me I’m going to Sevilla where should I eat where should I go maybe tapas maybe they’re asking for specifics I don’t know but I would say you got to go have this dish at Vuela tonight we’re venturing to Bar Castizo a delightful homage to the timeless Sevilla taverns and restaurants This Charming space is renowned for its Tois and fresh seafood okay so this is the grilled squid and it’s like spicy sauce to it a spicy tomato sauce it’s not super spicy I thought I was expecting like a a really big kick it’s not the sauce gives it like a sweetness um and then there’s like a tinge of spiciness at the end it’s very delicate very delicate and light I like it so I was like after all that fish I like needed something else luckily we got the rice of the day which um is rice cooked in a sauce and then his grill pork on top so this this is like okay I needed they said not to touch it it’s too hot oh but look look look look you see how it’s like the rice is like stuck to the bottom and it has like that hard crispiness that’s what you want so I took a few seconds to like let this cool down oh wow oh wow the pork is so tender wow there’s just so much flavor in that sauce oh it’s hot okay I’m trying to think of how to describe this but I’ve never had anything like this before so I it’s really hard for me to describe but it is very good We’re at Cerveceria Giralda I’m doing my best it’s a beautiful location right down from the Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar easy to get to we’re here for tapas so lets dig in Cheers Cerveceria Giralda is a tapas restaurant located in a 12th Century Hammam they are most complete and best preserved Arab bath in the Iberian Peninsula it’s a beautiful restaurant with a charming atmosphere and traditional cuisine okay so this is a slow roasted oxtail so it’s been cooking for a long period of time should be very tender can’t wait to try it it’s proba has got a full of flavor and this is the tortilla Which we’ve had several times in Argentina different but it’s basically I think of it like a breakfast patty it is egg potato onions and here are the difference is they added a sauce on top so I’m really interested to see how that tastes let give them a try all right I’m going to try the oxtail oh yeah it’s just falling apart oh wow oh wow oh wow full of flavor that is delicious wow perfectly done all right for the tortilla (church bells ringing in the background) its spot on to a tortilla but I do like the sauce the sauce gives it like an extra I don’t know like creaminess usually a tortilla is a little dry and that’s okay like it’s supposed to be like egg and um potatoes this is really good this makes it more like for lunch you know with a sauce it elevates it a little bit I like it really good that concludes this   1. Esos restaurantes existen en todo el mundo. España está en el top de la gastronomía mundial desde hace mucho tiempo.
    Yo te diría que cuando viajes busques autenticidad y preocúpate por conocer la verdadera gastronomía popular y tradicional, sobre todo si el título de tu video se llama "Las mejores tapas de Sevilla" (ni de refilón las has visto).
