About Albercutx Watchtower

Albercutx Watchtower, spectacular views of the Sierra de Tramuntana and the bays of Alcudia and Pollensa.
The Albercutx Watchtower is located on the north coast of the island in the municipality of Pollensa. It dates from the 16th century and is located 380 meters high, for centuries it was one of the main points of surveillance.

From the Albercutx Watchtower you can enjoy spectacular views of the Cape of Formentor, the Sierra de Tramuntana and the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia.

About Cala formentor

Cala Formentor is one of the finest natural beaches in Mallorca, surrounded by woods and the Tramuntana mountains. The beach is almost one kilometre long, however, it is quite narrow. The sand is fine-grained and bright. The water is very clear and has beautiful turquoise shades.
The beach has rather shallow water and is well protected against waves. The only drawback is that it does not have much room to play ball or other games that require a bit more space.
