I kept looking for the "tortilla" then realized it is what we call a "torta". Basically an egg based dish, similar to a quiche or even an omelet.
Actually, torta has 2 meanings where I am from. It is either an egg dish or a sandwich made with bolillo bread (we grew up calling bolillos francesitos aka little french breads). So many different definitions using the same words. LOL
