Omg she is so nice!
Superb video
I see you pay through nfc… Do you use Google pay or apple pay? Are both widely used in apain?
As a local, the fault lies with the politicians and not with the tourists themselves. They are the ones who allow the uncontrolled construction of hotels beyond the capacity of a city as small as Donostia. Honestly, at this rate we will end up like Barcelona or the Balearic Islands and they don't seem to give a damn about it.
How are you not 400lbs?! Love your videos. Thank you so much for sharing all that information. Heading to Portugal spring 2023. We want to slip into Spain too if we can. We're coming on our pre retirement scouting trip. Can't wait to get there and experience it all.
Over Here From Your Marks video. I think you made the best possible video with Marc great vibes keep it up🙌🏽
Creo q me he enamorado de Osane,
From Mark Weins channel
¡ No sé exactamente donde viven pero espero que el granizo no tocó los tres !
It’s basque country💚🤍♥️ not spain🙄🚩
La última vez que fuimos a tomar algo en La Viña nos sentimos como figurantes de un parque temático.
I live here, the locals feel that the city caters only for the tourists and that the local government has forgotten about them. Many families living here have to look for another place to stay when it's tourist season so that the accommodation can be rented out to tourists. Very sad and unfortunate, this place has turned into Marbella.
Welcome to the Basque Country this is not Spain
Which camera did you use in your video, please?
That's not spain that's Basque Country, Euskal Herria
My wife has genuinely dreamed about the La Vina cheesecake.
It's special.
Wow. Osane. She was our guide back in 2018 when we first when to San Sebastián. Now we get there at least every year. Of course we hit all the spots she recommended. All the food was incredible and she taught us a lot about the culture and some history. It was great to learn which pintxos are a specialty for the restaurant and bar so we only got the best tastes! We have fond memories of Osane entertaining our son so we could relax a little and enjoy our food and drink. eskerrik asko Osane!
Love it, love it, love it!!! 💞 My favirit city from the world!!! I was already 3 times there, especially for the pintxos, for txakuli, the vibe, the beaches, the people…… Everything!!! Thanks for this amazing vlog! ❤️
I just booked a trip to San Sebastian for June, now I'm worried it will be crowded and we're not wanted there lol. I should have watched this video first. Doh!
San Sebastian is the best city in the world for quality food.
i really like this episode
Loved the visit to the place where the woman didn't want to be seen. The words about preserving places like this is important is so true. It is preservation of the culinary culture. The mass touristy places are NOT culinary culture. It's the handmade, artisanal, often hidden places that are the places and traditions worth keeping alive. If not, then all destinations will start to look alike. Well done for including this!

James this link doesn't seem to work in your description: https://swiy.io/devourtours
dying to go to ss… thanks for the video! 🤘🤘
One day in the future I hope to visit Spain again and all of its Autonomous Communities.
Lovely Osane 💗. Congratulations for the video, James, great job, wonderful tips! I know her but I don't know you, you look nice too :). Those bars are so familiar to me, coming here to visit family & friends all Winters.
How I greet people: "Hi"
the woman in this video: "I KNOW WHO YOU ARE!"
Food looks so yummy
Please show about the used furniture business in spain? What's involved in buying something second hand? Are there 2nd hand shops? How about a tour? Where would you buy home goods? (Other than Ikea)
Wish u shared the costs along the way
Thanks for suggesting the app and to Osane for the book! Such a great town…
Had to watch this again! James, can you share the sangria recipe please? 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
We were in one of those bars in May 22,drove from Brighton UK all the way to Madrid, the food is amazing in San Sebastian,we going again this summer .
i have traveled and covered all the major areas in Spain and several times of some of them. I love everywhere I have been. Finally I visited San Sebastian and Bilbao at the end of last year. I do not know why I felt loving that city a pinch more, LOL Even people mentioned that it is wet in Winter in the Atlantic coastal city.It does not bother me at all. Pintxos there are so incredible for all the places I had been.
As someone who lived in Spain for eight years, driving/riding 85.000 kms a year around every aldea, pueblo and ciudad in the country; living in hotels and restaurants, I can say one thing: James and Yoly are the real deal. James' understanding and love of regional Iberian cuisine is infectious, and very impressive for an 'outsider'. This is the best Spanish content you'll find on YouTube.
That's a beautiful lady. 👍😎
Hands down, La Vina had the best cheesecake I've ever tasted.
I thought this would be dreadful, but I ended up finding it incredibly interesting. Thanks for coming up with new and interesting ideas for content James.
Excellent vlog and your companion is just charming.
Por favor , cuando hagas videos sobre el pais vasco , mejor musica de fondo vasca
Where do you recommend staying to be close to this area and avoid driving?
The people, culture, and the food are amazing in Spain! The govt and the politics are a crap shoot… Well, it seems to be the trend anywhere in the world these days…
Osane is gorgeous!
Love your videos and the great tips you provide. A refreshing change from many other channels. My wife and I are visiting San Sebastián in 10 days time- which tapas bars or restaurants MUST we visit?
I’m heading there on Thursday for the rugby semi finals! Rugby, beer, wine great food, what could go wrong?
You're a rockstar James. And that's from an Aussie after the latest All Blacks loss
¿Parte vieja?, "Alde Zaharra" … please.
