San Sebastian or BUST! We leave Toulouse and drive through the beautiful Pyranees mountains and arrive in our most favorite city. The Hotel Lasala Plaza has just opened, and it is a treat! Do not skip eating at their fantastic restaurant Taberna La Jarana, it was so delicious! We ordered way too much and don’t regret a single bite!

After a rest and a bit we head out for PINTXOS! Yay! When you visit, you bop around to as many pintxos bars as you’d like, ordering as many pintxos as you want before moving along to the next bar. It is actually a compliment to throw your napkin on the floor, really!

Over the next couple of days, we visit the Peine Del Viento along the shore and hike up the Urgull hill to get the best view of San Sebastian.

  1. Really enjoyed your time-lapse of the sunset. How many times have you been to San Sebastian? We loved the slow-mo of the waves! That food looks delicious; which was your favorite little dish? Holy huge muffin! c/t

  2. I have heard about San Sebastian as a real foodie town with some extremely famous restaurants am I right? The food shots had my mouth watering. I would fly there now if I could!

  3. That sunset was INCREDIBLE! I love the mix of drone shots throughout. We are heading to Spain come summer and have officially added this to the list thanks to this video. And that FOOD! Currently drooling. What a gorgeous place!

  4. Beautiful video! I will be living in San Sebastian very soon and this video definitely did give me a good perspective of this beautiful city! Greetings from Denver, CO!

  5. Did you try the beef cheeks at La Cuchara? Awesome! I found the secret bar on Mt. Urgull but I didn't even know it existed.

  6. I would love to get your input about Traveling-I know with Covid it has been delayed. My Story! I lived in Hondarribia, Spain for 3 years as a child. My father was Air Force stationed connected to Zaragoza Radar. We lived in a Villa Called Villa Usoa-and Across from park of Swans. Maybe called Parque' de Ciznoes? My Spanish was fluent (as a child would speak) My Sister and I have never been back! Our Parents have Passed. We remember traveling to Biarritz Beach at the Casino ALOT. We did go to Cities camping in Europe like Paris Arch de Triump Eiffel Tower and a N word ? Church , the Rhine in Germany, Holland, the Netherlands and 1960 Brussels, Belgium World's Fair. I am drawn to San Sebastion as you are want visit to Hondarribia our home town (a Fort Town with very old cobblestone streets) There is a Castle Hotel and one on Mt Jezebel but pricey. You said $100. a night and looks like Hotel right on the Sea wall In San Sebastion. Any suggestions for an Itinerary for us to travel and enjoy/relive our childhood?? ThankYOU so MUCH!

  7. You guys are excellent. I subbed instantly. I love all the many qualities of your videos. Great edits, music, drone shots. Nice B-roll. You two seem like generally awesome people. I hope you keep it up. You seem good at this!

  8. Great video, thanks a lot for showing our country. Let me tell you, the right word is "pintxos" or "pinchos", not pinxtos. And please, take care with your dron, in Spain it is forbidden to fly it over the city, beaches, and so close to the shore and cities, police can seize it and they can fine you, even more than 30.000 €, trust me.

  9. Loved your San Sebastian video! Where did you spend your first night?

What's the weather like in 1st week of October.

    Great video
