    SEARCHING FOR GOLD IN SAN SEBASTIAN, MEXICO



    We were in the town of Puerto Vallarta in Mexico and decided to head up to the colonial town of San Sebastian Del Oeste, which is a pueblo magico in Mexico. It means that the place has some sort of interest. The town was forst founded in the 1500s by Spanish explorers, and later turned into a gold mining town. We had recently been traveling around in the east and west part of Mexico but decided to travel the inland of Mexico now. We had visited famous towns like Cancun, Play Del Carmen, Tulum, and also Zihuatanejo, Manzanillo, Acapulco, Mazatlan, La Paz and Cabo. You can also see videos form those places on my channel.

      Beautiful rain down there, wished we got some in Southern California. Also, my kids got me a black sheep tank top for Father's day, can wait to hit the beach with that as it's getting so hot, we need cooool offffff!!!!

      I'm a little confused: you say "your life is easier since you threw away most of your possessions." But you've also said before you'd like to end up in a nice, big pool house with a big boat one day, probably in a warm, sunny place. You have a university degree with some MANUAL labor experience. So are you expecting an inheritance? Investing in stocks, Bitcoin maybe? (I don't expect an answer. I was just curious about your plans.)

      Glad to see you back; I was starting to worry. You were lucky you went all the way to the mine before it started to rain! To be honest, I'd turned on my heels as soon as the dogs appeared…too scared of rabies and being bitten😱

      Love the new shirt!! I was gonna say you need to watch yourself when you do your mattress test in some of those older towns. Those frames aren't as durable as those in the city. Would love to see Maria sing "Come along with me…."

      Lots to do in San Sebastian. You should have gone to LA BUFA the highest point and Real Alto to really experience 10 degrees celsius when its raining in the middle of the afternoon. A great escape from tropical weather like PV to a mountain weather like SS, two different worlds no doubt. We residents of Puerto Vallarta love to travel in the summer to those small towns in the mountain to run away from the heat. Great video.
