In the next part of our VW early retirement campervan roadtrip we head out of the mountains and onto the coast of Northern Spain, where we discover the most stunning coves and beach head campsites. We head East and drop into the cultural port of Bilbao taking in the iconic Guggenheim architecture and finish our Spanish adventure in the historic Basque capital of San Sebastián.
We are Richard and Jackie and we live in the UK. Our plans for early requirement include relocating to the Yorkshire Dales, developing our forever home and travelling the UK, Europe and eventually the world in our VW campervan Nelson.
You will soon realise that we are complete YouTube beginners with all the challenges of creating and publishing videos ahead of us, not to mention uploading when on the road.

The La Paz campsite looks great. You look to be having a fantastic time – good coastal walks and bike rides (I've been following Jackie on Strava) and great weather – it's raining here in the Yorkshire Dales so you are definitely in the right place! I know what you mean about borders – last week I was in Germany in a town on the Polish border, and it was odd just walking over into a different country without any checks – I also had my passport ready just in case!
