If you have time, we just released another video on Real Science about the world's most dangerous blood type: https://youtu.be/Bh4jKXsquWA. We are currently losing money on every episode on that channel, so every view helps!
smoothest sponsorship transition I've ever seen
I thought this was ancient but it’s being built…
I saw the project back in the 70’s it look like melting candies absolutely astonishing the most beautiful building I have ever seen.
6:25 The Romans new the laws of Density.
did he design this, or restructure it?
This is, by PMBOK definition, not a project. This due to a project is an finite endeavor and since La Segrada Familia does not have a completion date, it is not a project.

Fanominal.
the way its built and being continued to be built gives that connection between man, nature and time itself… Truly befitting for its name
LOS JAPONESES HACE MUCHOS AÑOS HABLAN DE NOSOTROS, NUESTRA CIUDAD Y "LA SAGRADA FAMILIA"…….
"POR FAVOR..MUNDO..QUE ESPAÑA NO SE ENTERE.."
I was born in Barcelona in 1957, on my teens I went in and you did not have to pay entry and I went all the way up on one of the towers (tons of stairs) personally I really wish that it was left unfinished because the new part that has been built has NO SOUL, the sculptures are the ugliest boxes, if they don't have the right artist to work on them just better not do them
Incredible editing! when you revealed his models were destroyed I could only sit here with my mouth open. How fucking stupid to break the model
Screw the anarchists.
15:22 From some cursory googling, it seems like the nativity and passion facades were intentionally designed to look different by Gaudi himself. He intended the passion sculptures to look brutal and "ugly", to reflect Christ's death – the inverse of the ornate sculptures celebrating his birth
Ma éjjel!
This is the most beautiful thing humans have ever created. Absolute masterwork.
Who are here after reading ORIGIN by Dan Brown🐥
How have I never heard of this for 27 years??? It looks like an AI artwork.
I'm praying that I'll be around to see its completion. Perhaps see it personally.
I love what you said at the end:
"In the end I believe I express a great deal of my awe in this world through learning how it works. I don't believe in the idea that learning science ruins our innate wonder and awe in the mysteries of the world. It's the exact opposite; the more I learn about how the universe works, the more amazed I am that we somehow exist to witness it all"
This single project could’ve employed a whole family tree
Fiddled with strings for over a decade. Now thats dedication
Sagrada Familia is one of those buildings that changes you. You never see the world in the same way again. It changed me.
