This 21km bike ride, beginning at Port de Pollença, takes in several breath-taking views of the former and has some fantastic climbs, on the way to the most northerly point in Mallorca, the Cap de Formentor. This ride is extremely popular with both amateur and professional cyclists, with its numerous hairpin bends and fantastic scenery making for a great ride.

  1. I did this ride about 15 years ago, spectacular views most of the way up. I also remember receiving a round of applause after arriving at Cap Formentor which is the usual greeting from other cyclists.
    It's a wonderful island to cycle around.
    Great video too.

  3. Fabulous ride ~ climbs, descents, hairpins, views, good roads, oh yes, and mountain goats, into the bargain. Possibly only bettered by Sa Calobra, which is still on the bucket list for when I return to Mallorca. One tip ~ go early in the day for quieter road and cooler temps. Little wonder that the pros and semi pros train here.
