Catch up with the Trekking the Planet team as they share an overview of their recent trek in California’s Sierra Nevada Mountains. Their 268.5 miles of trekking took them on the John Muir Trail and Pacific Crest Trail through two national parks and five wilderness areas. In the process, they climbed over 13 passes and gained over 51,000 feet in elevation (and lost a similar amount) on the trail.

The video shows some of the most spectacular and pristine scenery in the world that they saw (and heard) while hiking on the trail. Read the three-part detailed story of the trek on the website.
