During a panoramic bus tour of Madrid, we stopped in front of the Royal Palace where a small Changing of the Guard took place. Unexpected, since the major Change takes place the first Wednesday of every month.
The poor guards must have been dying in their uniforms in temperatures of 105 F. I know we were.
