Valencia is a historic, energetic, and beautiful city. It is the capital of the autonomous region of Valencia which is part of Spain. The city has an old center with a cathedral and a palace (Palau) and a newly constructed area. In the outskirts of the city at the previous river bank you will find the Ciudad de Las Artes y Ciencias (City of the Art and Science) which is a stunning hyper modern architecture by Santiago Calatrava.

They had before very strong football club which is now very bad ( CF Valencia ).
