Mallorca. The biggest of the Balearic Islands and a holiday hotspot. Even though this island is home to under 1 million people, in 2019, nearly 15 million people came here as tourists. What is there to see and explore whilst on the Spanish island of Mallorca? For many people, Mallorca is famous for sun, sea and sand. Magaluf is often the first thing that comes to mind and the party lifestyle that comes with it. But Mallorca is so much more than that, and it is beautiful!
In this video, I explore Cap de Formentor. This breathtaking area is the northernmost part of Mallorca. Taking in the stunning Tramuntana Mountain range, there are no limits to the amount of picturesque areas that can be seen and explored here.
The northernmost tip of Cap de Formentor is Far de Formentor, or the Lighthouse of Formentor. It’s an area well worth exploring, and that’s exactly what I do in this video. Then, I take in the views from the famous Mirador de Es Colomer. If you come here – which is a must when visiting Mallorca – you’re in for an absolute treat.
