LA SAGRADA FAMILIA | ALAN PARSONS PROJECT | THE SERIAL TRAVELLER (Ant’s travel dossier) in Barcelona
During one of my many walks while visiting Barcelona in March 2023, and having my Spotify playlist parading in my head, I came across one of Alan Parsons’ songs. This in turn brought to my memory their 1986 album ‘Gaudi’ written in honour of one of Barcelona’s most famous sons. It prompted me to search for the album’s 1st track ‘La Sagrada Familia’. Listening to it, in Barcelona while climbing the Montjuïc and admiring the majesty of this city at my feet, just blew me away.
It also gave me the idea to create this video. This time however, I will not torment you with my narration, I’ll simply let the music and the imags tell the story of this great city.
I hope you enjoy it, and please forgive the not so rich quality of the videos. They were taken on my Galaxy A50, usually with the strong Mediterranean sun before me…
