Motorcycle riding and adventuring through the amazing Pyrenees. In this 4th episode we start our day in the unique city of Pamplona, famous for their Fiesta de San Fermin and the “running of the bulls”. From there we travel northward to another popular city in the Basque country. The city of San Sebastian or Donostia as it is known in the Basque language. This coastal city facing the beautiful Cantabrian Sea is a charm and proved to have an amazing night life. The next day we take the coastal road to the town of Guernica (Gernika), the site of the first bombing on civilians done by the Nazis in 1937 in an effort to support Franco’s fight against the rebels during the Spanish Civil War. And from there we travel the short distance to the bucolic city of Bilbao where we return the bikes back to the rental facility which marks the end of another epic adventure.

  1. Subscribe and start watching the series on the Trans America Trail. He has the same bike you do. There is an upcoming series on the Continental Divide Trail Ride. He posted to trailer for it but I guess he is still editing. See you when I get back.

  2. Very nice trip. I would love to go there someday. Really cool to see the kids playing around on your bikes in part 3. Looks like you guys had a great time. 1 question, how many wine bottles did y’all go though?🤣😂

  3. This is so beautiful. What I really appreciate about this video, besides the stunning views and good friendship, is a great musical score. It has a great Spanish vibe. Again, another vidéo fantastico Carlos!!

  4. Grácias por un video tan estupendo. A mi es una barbaridad que no teneis vosotros mas vistas en YouTube. (And thanks for putting up with my Spanglish.) More please!

  5. Great trip and outstanding production quality of the video. Congrats!

When (what month) was this tour? The YouTube shows a late June publication date, but it seems a month or two earlier. I ask because I am riding the northern Pyrenees (mostly Spain and some France) with several friends soon (in mid June), and your weather seems a good bit colder than I am expecting.

I’m soon doing a tour through the northern Pyrenees (mostly Spain and some France) with several friends via an Edelweiss private tour.
