4 Days Backpacking Cottonwood Lakes to Miter Basin and Back

A classic Eastern Sierra route into the inimitable Miter Basin starting at the Cottonwood Lakes Trailhead in the John Muir Wilderness and Sequoia National Forest area.

Went up and over New Army Pass and descended to Soldier Lake and took the cross country route into Miter Basin. Intended to head up to Upper Solider and Iridescent Lake but got caught in rain showers and headed back to camp instead.

  1. Love this area! Great video.

One recommendation Id have is to overlap audio between clips with either a fade in or fade out. It makes the cuts less abrupt.
