      El pincho "Gilda" tiene ese nombre en honor y recuerdo a Rita Hayworth por la película del igual nombre

      Ay, madre…!! La croqueta no suele llevar queso, lo que está cremoso es una bechamel de harina y leche….y me extrañaría mucho una tortilla de patata con queso….nuestra cocina no se puede traducir exactamente en la que conocéis ..es diferente, se hace diferente y sus recetas son realmente antiguas, por lo menos de la Edad Media, muchas…..La crema catalana y el flan fueron primero, en los monasterios medievales , luego, la crema catalana paso a Francia, más tarde y dio la variación que se llama creme bruleé….esta última es una modificación de la crema catalana y más tardía….

      La croqueta, su interior es con salsa bechamel, nada de Patatas, es de origen frances y se hace en toda España. En pais vasco cocinan muy bien , la calidad es excelente y es mas caro por supuesto.Nunca lo barato sera optimo.
