  1. This is, by PMBOK definition, not a project. This due to a project is an finite endeavor and since La Segrada Familia does not have a completion date, it is not a project.

  2. I was born in Barcelona in 1957, on my teens I went in and you did not have to pay entry and I went all the way up on one of the towers (tons of stairs) personally I really wish that it was left unfinished because the new part that has been built has NO SOUL, the sculptures are the ugliest boxes, if they don't have the right artist to work on them just better not do them

  3. Incredible editing! when you revealed his models were destroyed I could only sit here with my mouth open. How fucking stupid to break the model

  4. 15:22 From some cursory googling, it seems like the nativity and passion facades were intentionally designed to look different by Gaudi himself. He intended the passion sculptures to look brutal and "ugly", to reflect Christ's death – the inverse of the ornate sculptures celebrating his birth

  5. I love what you said at the end:
"In the end I believe I express a great deal of my awe in this world through learning how it works. I don't believe in the idea that learning science ruins our innate wonder and awe in the mysteries of the world. It's the exact opposite; the more I learn about how the universe works, the more amazed I am that we somehow exist to witness it all"
